Message: services hub: update chooser routing, lane cards, and anchors post-destination-rewrites Phase 2 of the /services hub work, executed after the 7 destination subpages were rewritten with full destination content. The hub now points to the in-page anchors on those destinations instead of leaning on external Seattle.gov pages for facts the Seattle.net pages already carry. Files modified (8): src/app/services/_components/ServicesTaskClassifier.tsx Updated 7 of 8 scenarios (moved, citation, garbage, permit, renew, city-account, rpz). Each scenario's firstStep and fallback now route to a Seattle.net in-page anchor where the destination subpage has more procedural depth than the corresponding Seattle.gov page. Refreshed whyFit text on garbage (missed-pickup procedure) and renew (renewals overview cadence).
