The Harvard Avenue on-ramp to northbound I-5 is closed until mid-October for the Revive I-5 Ship Canal Bridge construction project.
The express lanes are northbound-only 24 hours a day through the end of 2026 due to lane reductions for construction on the northbound I-5 Ship Canal Bridge.
From 6 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, participants in the Ride from Seattle to Vancouver and Party to be on the shoulder on portions of SR 9, State Route 522, US 2 and near I-5. Advance warning signs will be in place along the 184-mile course.
